A skid-mounted gas station is a mobile, ground-based gas station integrating an explosion-proof double-walled storage tank, fuel dispensers, vapor recovery system, unloading pump, emergency pressure relief device, automatic fire extinguisher, and IC card refueling management system. Skid-mounted gas stations are for internal use by a company. What does "for internal use by a company" mean? It means a company with many vehicles finds refueling outside inconvenient, so it builds a skid-mounted gas station for its own use.

II. Detailed Comparison

1. Construction Cost: Skid-mounted gas stations have lower construction costs. For example, the construction cost of a skid-mounted gas station currently being built by our company is approximately 500,000 yuan, compared to 3 million to 30 million yuan for a traditional gas station.

2. Flexibility: Due to their small footprint, integrated equipment, and ease of transportation, skid-mounted gas stations offer greater flexibility. They can be installed in environments suitable for customers, provided legal permits are obtained. Traditional gas stations, due to the solid nature of their buildings and structures, lack the flexibility of skid-mounted gas stations, and new construction, renovation, and expansion all require significant investment.

3. Footprint: Skid-mounted equipment occupies approximately 50 square meters. The operating area should be suitable for convenient vehicle access. Traditional gas stations, due to safety distance requirements between buildings and structures, generally require around 2000 square meters of space, with the overall internal layout falling within standard limits.

Both traditional and skid-mounted gas stations require approval from relevant national departments to operate legally. While skid-mounted gas stations are more compact in appearance, they are fully functional.
